  • Assist Human Resource Executive in daily adhoc tasking
  • Handle recruitment processes including job posting, screening candidates and arranging interviews, onboarding process and exit interviews
  • Handle inventory matters – company’s office supplies, update employees’ records
  • Manage employee’s welfare including planning for gatherings quarterly
  • Perform administrative work and other duties as assigned

  • New staff are encouraged to try their hand across all available functions within the organization during training. This is subject to availability and adequate coverage of your main function
