- Call Centre / Customer Service / Hospitality Exp

- 5 Days (Including Weekends)
Responsibilities
- Address customers' enquiries via phone and sometimes email
- Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back if required to
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess call centre / customer service experience
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skill
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work on weekends
Other Information:
- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekends)
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $2800/mth + AWS + VB
